Single layer fondant covered monochromatic heart cake. 

Color, shape, and purpose can vary. Serves about 15 portions. 

Can be double stacked for twice the amount of cake.

Corvette Cake

A bride brought me a picture of her groom's dream car and asked me to replicate it, for a wedding surprise gift to him. I carved away and created a specialty-shape cake. This sports car is covered in blue fondant and given a fresh wax of shortening to give it its shine. Accents are with metalic fondant detailing. It serves approximately 12 portions. Now you can have your car and eat it, too!

Purse Cake

Do you or your friends have a secret fettish for designer handbags?  How about sweets?

 

This fully edible Louis Vuitton cake covered in fondant will combine the two.  If there is another designer purse you prefer, just ask.  This specialty shape cake carved to mimic a purse will serve about 22 portions.

Tennis Ball Cake

A butter cream covered 3-deminsional tennis ball cake can be purchased with or without the net or in addition to more cake.  I can customize the round ball to be any kind you wish...basketball, tennis, volleyball, cueball, or a golf, bowling, or baseball (I can even do a football shape).

Serves about 12-15 people.
