This Individual Size cake is perfect for that thoughtful gift.  It is a fondant covered 4" round single layer cake.  I call it an individual serving size, but it would take more than one sitting for sure to complete.

Cake Wreck Replica

So, there's a story behind this one!!! . . .

My sister-in-law is a blog follower and one of her most esteemed is Cake Wrecks.  This cake, being her favorite at the time, made its debut in Cake Wrecks' best-selling book.  As a fun birthday gift, I wanted to replicate it and give her a laugh.  It was brutal to try to match the slanted writing and messy crumbs, especially the one in the middle that I over exaggerated...ROFLOL!

Ladies hat with textured fondant covering and fondant-sculpted ribbon.  The assortment of flowers are a combination of fondant and gumpaste.  This design is a single layer 8" round cake--can go smaller though.

Tinkerbell 2-tier cake

 Fondant covered and decorated Tinkerbell cake--2 tiers with 6" and 4" round cakes.  My favorite is the fluorescent pink covering of the bottom tier.  The topper is a tinkerbell candle.  Colors, design, and character cake top can be changed to fit your party theme.

Small Bride/Groom's Cakes

This elegant butter cream 1-tier cake is personized by a monogram and topped with the bride's temple top.  The detail on the cake is piped with royal icing;  the it is finished off with a satin ribbon.
