3 tier Wedding, orchid
This was the 2nd fondant covered cake I ever made, starting the Summer of 2010. I jumped into the deep end right from the start and continue to love to challenge myself to do and be better.
~ 3-tier cake wrapped in double ribbon, accented by synthetic orchids, detialed with a scroll pattern out of royal icing, and 3D mono chromatic flowers centered with edible pearl icing.

Graduation Cap Cake
Congratulations Graduate!!!
Saying this with a 2 layer cake (the fondant cap being the second layer) in his/her school colors would make your graduate feel special. Design and shape can also vary to represent accomplishments. This particular cake was for a graduate from Westmister College as a RN. Great Job!Thursday, April 15, 2010
Cub Scout Cake
Celebrating a large scouting event, like the Cub Scout Blue & Gold Banquet?
This 4-in-1 rank badges cake would fit perfectly. Each single-layerd square cake here is covered in fondant and is 6", but if you need more cake, no problem. Images are hand-crafted with butter cream. (I can specialize any cake with most images if I have a picture to follow.)

Castle Cake
Covered in butter cream, this fully edible castle cake can serve a large amount of guests--over 70. Colors can vary, and another option is your little girl's favorite princess (minus Rapunzel) can be added as shown here to make her cake that much more special.
My little girl at her 4 year old birthday designed this cake. She requested a castle cake and drew me a picture of what she wanted the castle to look like. I did my best to bring her imagination to life. Notice the moat, bridge, and tall doors, as well as the towers...how cute! :`)
