Welcome to a tasty Island of Sodor.
2-tier cake, carved and shaped to resemble Thomas train's home. All edible, other than the minis.

Super Hero MIX
This #4 cake was carved from a 10" square cake. Fondant covered and fondant decorated. It's pretty "super." The style of decorating the number can be done to suit any child's interests and age, included little girls. :)

Birchwood Winter Wedding
This cake brought a lot of new challenges (though they all seem to in one way or another). It is 100% edible. I love the way this one turned out.

Oil Rig Cake
This was a groom's cake that went with one of the wedding cakes. It got such a huge reaction, so it must have brought a great deal of sentiment to the wedding families. The chocolate drizzle not only made it fun, but also more tasty. :) The fondant/gum paste topper was hand-crafted.
