A bride brought me a picture of her groom's dream car and asked me to replicate it, for a wedding surprise gift to him. I carved away and created a specialty-shape cake. This sports car is covered in blue fondant and given a fresh wax of shortening to give it its shine. Accents are with metalic fondant detailing. It serves approximately 12 portions. Now you can have your car and eat it, too!

This fully edible Louis Vuitton cake covered in fondant will combine the two. If there is another designer purse you prefer, just ask. This specialty shape cake carved to mimic a purse will serve about 22 portions.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cake

The bottom 2-tier butter cream cakes are topped with a mini 3rd fondant tier for the clubhouse. The mouse ears on top are molded rice crispies with black butter cream. The characters are figurines (price in addition to cake estimate) that can be kept. Basketball Jersey Cake

This basketball jersey is an exacpt replica of the 2010 Jimmer jersey. I can replicate a jersey of any sport or style of any team (sleeves or no sleeves). This cake is fondant covered with a butter cream transfer to get the exact lettering for the font found on the real jersey. Other methods of lettering can be implemented if a different look if preferred. This model yeilds 40-45 servings.
